After a very sluggish year in 2010, real estate sales in Grand Junction, Colorado have really picked up. I have done more business in the first 2 1/2 months than I did the 2nd half of last year.

Properties that have been on the market for months, are now selling. I think there are two reasons. Sellers have come to terms with what values are now and buyers are wanting to take advantage of the low interest rates and low prices.

If you have been thinking of buying, now is the time! Even if values decrease a little more, and interest rates rise, you have gained nothing.
